We had a great stay! We loved that it was a 10 minute walk from downtown and a 3 minute walk to a nearby market for groceries. The house was clean and cozy, and the kitchen had all the essentials. Would recommend!

Had a great mini weekend trip to anchorage staying here! The pictures are very accurate and everything was very clean. If you are familiar to the area- it’s very walkable while also having convenient parking. While you can hear the upstairs neighbors, it’s quite faint and nothing that would be a huge bother. Minimal/if any noise from downtown. Would stay again!

There is space for up to 2 vehicles if you park one in front of the other. Parking is behind the building and can be accessed through the alleyway.
