*this building is a triplex. This particular unit is the downstairs unit. It is possible that you may experience noise from the upstairs guests. *please note that the point of entry will be through the garage. And then into the unit. (There will be 2 doors to access the unit). *the garage is a shared space- expect the cleaning crew to access the garage in order to turnover the other units on sight. *there is a shared driveway. We ask that if you have a vehicle, please park on the left side of the driveway.

This place was perfect. My host answered all my questions promptly. It has everything listed. We were here in the fall, the trees still had leaves. Considering it's in a neighborhood with neighbors next door, the view from the windows was beautiful, & private, just trees. [This could change in a month? ] We left the start of October. The decor was darling. The place was spotless. Access was ideal. Multiple Uber drivers found us with no problems. We walked to Providence for all our visits, only 6 minutes away. The neighborhood was established and felt friendly and safe. For one appointment we left before daylight. It was fine. Tudor Rd was 2 blocks away. We didn't hear any road noise. It was convenient.
