Four bedrooms, each outfitted with a King-Sized bed. All bedrooms are located upstairs (must use stairs to access bedrooms). Two full bathrooms upstairs. Two main living spaces located downstairs, one for socialization, one for TV and entertainment. Two eating areas located downstairs, one in the kitchen (breakfast nook), and a formal dining area that can seat 8 people at the table. One half bathroom located downstairs.
Other Details to Note
🔨🚧‼️kitchen remodel scheduled mid November 2026. The oven is not operational and there is water damage to the floor due to water leak. Please consider this before booking. If these items will not be an issue during your stay, we would be delighted to host you‼️🚧🔨 Must use stairs. Only the individual booking this listing may occupy, no third-party bookings. Fireplaces are unavailable for use. Garage can accommodate only one vehicle. We do not rent this unit to local Anchorage residents. No parties or events. No smoking, drugs, or heavy drinking in the house. No more guests than the original number of people booked for. No shoes in the house. No pets. Motion Activated Camera outside the front door.
